Community Commitment. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University have outlined the following community standards for all campus community members. By signing this contract, students indicate their willingness to abide by these Standards and more specifically, commit to the following actions: i. Follow physical/social distancing guidelines, maintaining a minimum of 6 feet between themselves and others with whom they do not live, both on and off campus ii. Wear a mask at all times when they are outside of their place of residence, both on and off campus. iii. Avoid activities that put themselves or others at greater risk of contracting and transmitting COVID-19. iv. Abide by all seating, sanitation, hygiene, disinfection and occupancy limits in all public and personal spaces. v. Abide by all expectations and restrictions on the Link Bus. vi. Complete their daily health screenings honestly and accurately. vii. Not attend their in-person classes when they are not feeling well and communicate this situation to their professors in a timely fashion. viii. Report to their resident assistant, faculty resident, or a campus health professional that they are not feeling well or experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19 and abide by the directives provided for caring for their health and the health of others.
Community Commitment. It is the policy of NETL to be a constructive partner in the geographic region in which NETL conducts its business. The basic elements of this policy include: (1) recognizing the diverse interests of the region and its stakeholders; (2) engaging regional stakeholders in issues and concerns of mutual interest; and (3) recognizing that giving back to the community is a worthwhile business practice. Accordingly, the Contractor agrees that its business operations and performance under the contract will be consistent with the intent of the policy and elements set forth above.

Community Commitment. Community intends to achieve at least XX completed energy remodels within its Service Territory (as defined below) during the effective date of Agreement (“Local Project Goal”). Community commitment consists of three components. 7.1. Project management – Community will identify an entity responsible for building community capacity through outreach to local contractors, financial partners, utilities, community groups and other local resources, who acts as liaison to Clean Energy Works and other entities involved in implementing the program, manages any contracted resources and ensures the completion of required reporting. 7.2. Demand Creation – Community is responsible for building awareness and driving residential customers to the Clean Energy Works Program through on the ground marketing and outreach. 7.3. Customer Service – Community will provide early stage customer service including assistance to citizens that need help with the application process.
