COMMUNITY PROMOTION. 1. The Developer will use reasonable efforts to promote the Town’s hotels, restaurants, arts, entertainment and cultural institutions (collectively, the “Town Amenities”). Such promotional activities shall include but not be limited to: (i) the provision of joint marketing opportunities to the Town Amenities; and (ii) the provision of brochures or any other similar promotional materials as agreed upon by the Parties that promote the Town Amenities. 2. On an annual basis, the Developer (together with its affiliates, tenants and operators) shall utilize best efforts to purchase not less than Fifty Million Dollars ($50,000,000) in goods and services from vendors and companies with a principal place of business within a fifteen (15) mile radius of Revere City Hall, 000 Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx 00000 (“Regional Businesses”). The entirety of the Town is within that radius. The Developer shall meet with Regional Businesses regarding any opportunities to open satellite businesses within the Project. The Developer shall work with the Town to hold vendor fairs that provide Town businesses with information concerning providing goods and services to the Project. The Developer shall also work with the Town to arrange meetings between Winthrop businesses and the Developer’s purchasing and sourcing team. The Developer’s obligations under this section to make purchases shall be subject to the availability of such goods and services on commercially reasonable terms. 3. The Developer shall use best efforts to enroll Town Amenities in partnership programs that incentivize employees and patrons of the Project to utilize Town Amenities, including the Developer’s Mohegan Sun Momentum rewards program or any successor (collectively “Incentive Programs”). 4. In addition, the Developer will create and implement a marketing program for the utilization of minority business enterprises, women business enterprises and veteran business enterprises to participate as vendors in the provision of goods and services procured by the Developer and any businesses operated as part of the Project. The Developer shall consult with the Chamber of Commerce in the Town and such other business groups or associations as the Town may reasonably request to identify opportunities in furtherance of the objectives set forth in this section.

COMMUNITY PROMOTION a. Contractor shall develop business and community marketing materials for the Eden Chamber Area in collaboration with County staff. b. Contractor shall produce business and appreciation events in the Eden Area. c. Contractor shall maintain web-based, social network accounts and actively utilize these media channels to promote Chamber and relevant County events. d. Contractor shall maintain a current membership roster with e-mail addresses which can be used for messaging. e. Assist County staff and others in the development and production of no less than 2 “customer attraction” event(s) in the Eden Area. f. Contractor shall collaborate with County staff to implement a seasonal banner program in the following locations and manner: i. By June 1, 2013 fabricate 46 (2 sets of 23) banners, approximately 93” x 23.5”, for the (22) existing banner pole brackets on E. 14th Street from Thrush Avenue to 162nd Avenue and (1) banner for a new pole at E. 00xx Xxxxxx and 163rd Avenue adjacent to the Ashland Youth Center. One set shall be end-of-year holiday themed. Banner sizes need to be field verified prior to fabrication. ii. By July 1, 2013, upon completion of production above, install one set of (23) banners on E. 00xx Xxxxxx from Thrush to 163rd Avenue.

  • Community Property Each spouse individually is bound by, and such spouse’s interest, if any, in any Optioned Shares is subject to, the terms of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall create a community property interest where none otherwise exists.

  • Advertising and Promotion Al. ARTIST is to receive 100% star billing on all publicity releases and paid advertisement including - without limitations - programs, electronic media, flyers, signage, newspaper advertisements, marquees, tickets, radio spots, TV spots, etc. unless otherwise authorized in writing by PRODUCER. Billing on all advertising and publicity materials must appear as follows: A2. PURCHASER agrees to use only artwork, ad mats, photos and/or promotional materials provided or approved by PRODUCER. Publicity photos, bios and other assets can be downloaded from xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxx PURCHASER shall supply all publicity and marketing materials to PRODUCER for review and approval prior to PURCHASER’s print deadlines and/or online launches.

  • Community Involvement The Grantee will facilitate and convene a Community Task Force as one means of developing collaboration among the Grantee, affected residents, and the broader community. The Grantee also will provide information to keep the Community Task Force fully apprised of the planning and implementation of revitalization efforts. The Community Task Force shall be comprised of affected public housing residents, local government officials, service providers, community groups, and others. The Community Task Force will provide advice, counsel and recommendations to the Grantee on all aspects of the HOPE VI development process, including shaping the goals and outcome of the Community and Supportive Services Plan. Community Task Force participants also will disseminate information throughout the community about the Grantee's revitalization efforts. The Grantee's responsibilities with regard to the Community Task Force include: (1) convening and participating in the Community Task Force and other advisory groups; (2) ensuring that regular meetings of the Community Task Force are held to apprise participants of the status of the development process and to solicit comments, opinions, advice, and recommendations on the planning and implementation of the Grantee's revitalization efforts; and (3) if requested by HUD, entering into a memorandum of understanding with the members of the Community Task Force setting forth the manner and frequency of task force meetings, the method (if any) for designating resident and community participants, and the issues that the task force will discuss and develop.

  • Community Outreach Please describe all community outreach efforts undertaken since the last report.

  • Marketing and Promotion The School will be responsible for marketing and promoting the Sports Facilities in accordance with the agreed aims and targets. A marketing strategy will be prepared and implemented and reviewed on an annual basis.

  • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property. Each Contracting Party shall promote investments in its territory by investors of the other Contracting Party and admit such investments in accordance with its legislation. 2. In particular, each Contracting Party shall permit the conclusion and the carrying out of licensing agreements and contracts for commercial, administrative or technical assistance, in so far as these activities were related to investments.

  • Community Relations Chancellor shall establish and maintain an appropriate community relations program. Chancellor shall attend important college and community events, develop relationships with other key public and private agencies in each of the District's relevant communities where colleges are located and be significantly involved in the District's relevant local communities.
