Common use of Compassionate Care Leave Clause in Contracts

Compassionate Care Leave. An employee who has been employed for at least thirty (30) days is entitled to an unpaid compassionate care leave of up to twenty-eight (28) weeks to provide care or support to a seriously ill family member. The employee must also provide a medical certificate stating that the eligible family member has a serious medical condition with a “significant risk of death within twenty-six (26) weeks”, and that the family member requires care or support from one or more family members, as defined by Employment Standards Code.

Compassionate Care Leave. (a) An employee who has been employed for at least thirty (30) days is entitled to an unpaid compassionate care benefits under the Employment Insurance Act is entitled to a leave of absence without pay of up to twenty-eight (28) 27 weeks to provide for the purpose of providing care or support to a seriously gravely ill family member. The member at risk of dying within 26 weeks, as per the BC Employment Standards Act. (b) An employee must also must, as soon as practicable, provide the Employer with a certificate from a medical certificate practitioner or nurse practitioner stating that the eligible family member has a serious medical condition with a “significant risk of death within twenty-six (26) 26 weeks”, and that the family member requires care or support from one or more family members, as defined by Employment Standards Code.

Compassionate Care Leave. An employee who has been employed for at least thirty (30) days is entitled to an unpaid compassionate care leave of Employees may request up to twenty-eight (28) weeks 8) weeks’ unpaid leave to provide care or support to for a seriously ill family member. (a) An employee who has been employed for at least thirty (30) days requests leave under this section is entitled to an unpaid compassionate care leave of up to twenty-eight (28) 8) weeks unpaid leave to provide care or support to a seriously ill family member. The employee must also provide member if a medical practitioner issues a certificate stating that the eligible family member has a serious medical condition with a “significant risk condition. The employee shall pay for the cost of death within twenty-six (26) weeks”providing this certificate. Requests to extend this leave shall not be unreasonably denied, and that the family member requires care or support from one or more family members, as defined by Employment Standards Codesubject always to operational requirements.

Compassionate Care Leave. a) An employee who has been employed for at least thirty (30) days requests leave under this article is entitled to an unpaid compassionate care leave of up to twenty-eight (28) 8) weeks of unpaid leave within a 26 week period to provide care or support to a seriously gravely ill family member. b) The process for requesting such a leave is as follows; 1. The the employee must also provide obtain a medical certificate stating which states that the eligible family member has a serious medical condition is gravely ill with a “significant risk of death within twenty-six (26) 26 weeks”, and that the family member requires care or support from one or more family members, as defined by Employment Standards Code.

Compassionate Care Leave. An employee who has been employed for at least thirty (30) days is entitled Compassionate care leave will be granted to an unpaid compassionate care leave of employee for up to eight (8) week s within a twenty-eight six (2826 ) weeks week period to provide care or support to a seriously ill family member. The employee must also provide a medical certificate stating that the eligible family member has a serious medical condition with a “significant who is at risk of death dying within twentythat 26-six (26) weeks”, and that week period in accordance with section 49.1 of the family member requires care or support from one or more family members, as defined by Employment Standards CodeAct.

Compassionate Care Leave. An Employee who has worked an employee who has been employed for at least thirty ninety (3090) days is entitled to an unpaid compassionate care leave for a period of up to twenty-eight twenty- seven (2827) weeks to provide in accordance with the Employment Standards Code and the Employment Insurance Act for the purpose of providing care or support to a seriously ill family member. The employee must also provide Qualified relative means a medical certificate stating that person in a relationship to the Employee for whom the Employee would be eligible family member has a serious medical condition with a “significant risk of death within twenty-six (26) weeks”, and that for the family member requires compassionate care or support from one or more family members, as defined by Employment Standards Codebenefit under the legislation.

Compassionate Care Leave. An employee who has been employed for at least thirty (30) days is entitled to an unpaid compassionate care leave of The Employer will provide up to twenty-eight (28) 27 weeks of unpaid leave for an Employee to provide care or and support to a seriously ill family member. The employee must also provide members when a medical certificate stating that the eligible family member has a serious medical condition with a “significant risk of death within twenty-six (26) weeks”, and that weeks or as outlined in the family member requires care or support from one or more family members, as defined by Employment Standards CodeESA.

Compassionate Care Leave. An employee who has been employed by the Employer for at least a minimum of thirty (30) days is entitled to an shall be granted unpaid compassionate care leave of absence for a period of up to twenty-eight (28) 8) weeks to provide care or support to a seriously ill family member, or to another person who has designated the employee as their caregiver. The employee must also provide a medical certificate stating that the eligible family Family member has a serious medical condition with a “significant risk of death within twenty-six (26) weeks”, and that the family member requires care or support from one or more family members, shall be as defined by Employment Standards Codein Article 31:02 of this Agreement.

Compassionate Care Leave.
