Compensation for employees while on leave is controlled by an insurance carrier. The parties will discuss how to maximize these benefits in individual cases. Both parties want to mitigate the need for arbitration. The RBO process will help determine how recommendations to settle the employee's terms of return to work can be implemented. In the event a program is not developed within 6 months of ratification of the collective agreement the matter will be referred to Xxxx Xxxxx for final resolve through adjudication. The terms of his adjudication must be consistent with the collective agreement. The parties agree that the Apprenticeship Committee and the Canadian Joint Grievance Panel will form part of the RBO Program. SIGNED this day of , 2005.
