Compensation for the use of personal car. If the use of a personal vehicle has been agreed upon, the compensation determined by the Tax Administration as tax-free each year will be paid. If an employee is required to come to or leave emergency or overtime work during a time of day when there is no regular transport service, or if he or she is called to emergency work so urgently that it is impossible to reach the place of work by public transport, the employee is reimbursed for travel expenses or, if the employee uses his or her personal vehicle, for the use of said vehicle.

  • Accumulation of Personal Leave Unused personal leave accumulates from year to year to a maximum of 729.6 hours (or 768 hours if the employee normally works eight or more hours per day).

  • EXCUSE OF PERFORMANCE Seller shall not be liable for delays in performance or for non-performance due to failure or interruption of computer or telecommunication systems, acts of God, war, riot, fire, terrorism, labor trouble, unavailability of materials or components, explosion, accident, compliance with governmental requests, laws, regulations, orders or actions, or other unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond Seller's reasonable control.
