Compensation for Unused Vacation. At the conclusion of a fiscal year, the Superintendent may submit a request to redeem for cash payment up to ten (10} days of accrued and unused vacation. If approved by the Board, the District shall tender an amount, less withholdings and deductions, to the Superintendent equivalent to the number of days "cashed out." In the event of the termination of this Agreement, the Superintendent shall be compensated for accrued and unused vacation days at the Superintendent's then current daily rate of compensation (salary} or portion thereof, less appropriate withholdings and deductions.

  • Annual Vacation Auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of four percent (4%) of their regular earnings.
