Compensation for Work on Days of Rest. Assigned work on regularly scheduled days of rest is designated as those hours worked on regularly scheduled days off which are requested of the employee by management. Assigned work on days of rest shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2) for the first four (4) hours and double (2) time for all subsequent hours worked.
