Compensation Through Termination Date. On the Termination Date, the Company shall issue Executive his final paycheck, reflecting (a) his earned but unpaid base salary at the annualized rate of $260,000 per year through the Termination Date ($10,833.33 gross), and (b) all accrued, unused paid time off due Executive through the Termination Date ($30,000 gross). Subject to Section 2(d) below, Executive acknowledges and agrees that with his final check, Executive will have received all monies, bonuses, commissions, expense reimbursement, paid time off, or other compensation he earned or was due during his employment by the Company.
Compensation Through Termination Date. Safeco will pay Employee all base salary through the Termination Date. Until the Termination Date, Employee will continue to be eligible for employee benefit plan coverages available to Safeco employees generally.
Compensation Through Termination Date. On the Termination Date, the Company shall issue Executive his final paycheck, reflecting (i) his earned but unpaid base salary through the Termination Date, and (ii) all accrued, unused PTO (vacation and sick leave) due Executive through the Termination Date. Subject to Sections 3(b) and (c) below, Executive acknowledges and agrees that with his final check, the payment of any outstanding expense reimbursements, and the payment of any amounts payable under any of the employee benefit plans of the Company in accordance with the terms of such plans, Executive will have received all monies, bonuses, commissions, expense reimbursement, vacation pay, or other compensation he earned or was due during his employment by the Company. Executive acknowledges that he shall not be entitled to receive an annual bonus for 2014.
Compensation Through Termination Date. Upon any termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 5(b), the Company (i) will pay Employee his or her base compensation pursuant to Section 3(a) through the date of termination, (ii) will pay Employee for vacation accrued but not taken under Section 3(c) in accordance with its vacation policy, and (iii) will reimburse Employee pursuant to Section 4 for expenses incurred prior to the termination, provided that the request for such reimbursement is made by the Employee no later than 10 days after the termination of this Agreement. Except as specifically provided in this Section 6, the Company will have no obligation to pay any severance, salary, benefits or other compensation or damages at or after the date of termination. All payments under this Section 6(a) shall be at the earliest possible time and no later than 15 days after the Employee’s termination date.
Compensation Through Termination Date. A pro-rated portion of Executive’s full compensation through the date of termination in accordance with the regular payroll practices of Commerce, and any compensation due him as provided in Section 4 above; and
Compensation Through Termination Date. On the Termination Date, the Company shall issue Executive his final paycheck, reflecting (i) his earned but unpaid base salary through December 31, 2012, and (ii) all accrued, unused vacation and sick leave due Executive through the Termination Date. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, Executive acknowledges and agrees that with his final check, the payment of any outstanding expense reimbursements, and the payment of any amounts payable under any of the employee benefit plans of the Company in accordance with the terms of such plans, Executive will have received all monies, bonuses, commissions, expense reimbursement, vacation pay, or other compensation he earned or was due during his employment by the Company, excluding only severance or consulting benefits as provided by this Agreement.
Compensation Through Termination Date. Any pro-rated portion of his full Compensation through the date of termination; and
Compensation Through Termination Date. Hill’s full Compensation through the termination date; and
Compensation Through Termination Date. On the Termination Date, the Company shall issue to Employee his final paycheck, reflecting (A) Employee’s fully earned but unpaid base salary, through the Termination Date at the rate then in effect, and (B) all accrued, unused paid time off due Employee through the Termination Date. Subject to Sections 2(b) and (e) below, Employee acknowledges and agrees that with his final check, Employee received all monies, bonuses, commissions, expense reimbursements, paid time off, or other compensation he earned or was due during his employment by the Company.
Compensation Through Termination Date. The Individual has previously received all compensation owed to him by the Company through the Termination Date except for salary accrued and unpaid from the last payroll disbursement date and through the date hereof, and no additional amounts shall be payable therefor except for the accrued and unpaid salary for such partial payroll period which amount shall be paid to Individual on the payroll disbursement date next following the date of this Agreement. The Individual will not be entitled to any bonus, pro rata or otherwise, that has not been already paid to the Individual.
