Compensatory Leave. Credits In lieu of Premium Pay for Holiday Work Whenever budgetary limitations preclude the payment of premium pay for holiday work, the employee must be credited with: (a) 1½ hours of compensatory leave for each hour of holiday work on the employee's regular work day; and, (b) 2 hours of compensatory leave (double time) for each hour of holiday work on the employee's regular day off.
