Military Leave Bank Sample Clauses

Military Leave Bank. ‌ 12.5.1. Definition.‌ Leave time that full-time employees who are members of the military reserves or Nevada National Guard may choose to bank for use during active military duty in order to remain in full pay status. The source of this leave time is annual leave hours above the carryover maximum, floating holiday, or sick leave hours accrued in excess of 480 hours.

  • Military Leave An employee will be granted unpaid Military Leave in accordance with the Employment Standards Act. The employee will give as much notice as is reasonably possible and will provide a copy of the Military Notice when received.
