Project Charter. Outlines the requirements, direction, constraints, and collectively accepted deliverables within a project. In addition, the charter will act as a guideline for the project manager and project team members to establish scope, schedule, and cost pertaining to the Project. The Project Charter template is further explained and listed in Exhibit E. Upon written confirmation by both parties, the completed Project Charter (including any subsequent updates by the parties) shall be automatically substituted and incorporated herein and shall operate as Exhibit E to this Agreement.
Project Charter. The Contractor’s Program Manager shall, during SVP and as further required, prepare a project charter to authorize the work of the project formally and confer upon the Project Manager such authority necessary to execute the work in accordance with this Agreement. The Contractor shall revise and update the charter for the phased development work and implementation of each Release. The project charter shall include descriptions of areas such as project purpose, objectives, and scope; project organization; management review; and financial and personnel resources.
Project Charter. A service and project governance document (“Project Charter”) will record the parties' roles and responsibilities in relation to the Services, the route for escalation of issues and related matters, a RACI-VS Matrix for in-scope Deliverables (noting who is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed, a Verifier, and a Signatory to each) and a detailed communications plan setting out the frequency and timing of status reports, team meetings and steering group meetings. A Work Order may provide for the preparation and agreement of a bespoke service- specific Project Charter. Unless and until a bespoke Project Charter has been prepared by Consultant and agreed by Client, Consultant’s Standard Project Charter as set out at PPPD-050 Standard Project Charter shall apply.

Project Charter. A Project Charter lays the foundation of the project. IOT and State Entity User signoff on the charter allows the Contractor to begin billable work on the project.

Baseline Project Plan – A project timeline that details the dates and durations of system implementation activities. This plan serves as the roadmap for all implementation activities and includes dates of status meetings and executive committee meetings. This plan serves as the main calendar to track all events related to this project.
