Schedule of CompletionThe contractor shall submit, at such times as may reasonably be requested by the Engineer, schedules which shall show the order in which the contractor proposes to carry on the work, with dates at which the contractor will start the several parts of the work, and estimated dates of completion of the several parts.
Schedule of Completion. A. Timely Performance of Work: The owner agrees to begin work no later than the date for commencement of work as stated in Section 1.4. In the event the work is not commenced, diligently continued and completed as required under this Agreement, the PHA may terminate this Agreement or take other appropriate action. The owner agrees to report promptly to the PHA the date work is commenced and furnish the PHA with progress reports as required by the PHA.

Phasing of the project within the completion date will be jointly prepared by the Contractor, Office of Facilities Management, and school personnel to afford the least amount of disruption to school operations. C. Construction and alteration will be performed while the building is in use and therefore, the Contractor shall give full cooperation to the school authorities in scheduling and performing the work. Contractor shall give forty-eight hours advance written notice to school authorities when work is to be performed.

Schedule of CompletionUnless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall within Ten (10) business days after the Award Date, or prior to the pre-construction meeting, whichever occurs first, submit schedules which show the order in which the Contractor proposes to carry on the Work, with dates for starting and completing the various activities of the Work. The Contractor shall submit an updated schedule monthly with the request for partial payment. Review and acceptance by the County of the Contractor’s schedule of completion shall in no way relieve the Contractor of its responsibility to complete the Work within the contract time. If the Work falls behind the schedule, the County may require the Contractor to prepare and submit, at no extra cost to the County, a recovery schedule indicating by what means the Contractor intends to regain compliance with the schedule. The recovery schedule must be submitted to the County for review by the date indicated in the County’s written demand.
