Completion Package. The Artist shall prepare and deliver all information necessary for the Society to properly care for, maintain and conserve the Artwork in the form of the Completion Package as detailed in Schedule “C”, including information regarding the physical make-up of the Artwork, methods and materials and information about the artistic intent of the Artist in the design, fabrication, and installation of the Artwork, and the type and source of replacement parts, as well as recommended methods to maintain and repair the Artwork.

Completion Package. I will receive a Completion Package at the end of my successful year in the United States. In order to receive the full Completion Package, I agree to:  Provide documents showing the fulfillment of my accredited, post‐secondary education requirements according to program requirements.  Attend at least four (4) of the Cultural Events held by my Local Area Representative (LAR) during my year in the United States (attendance will be verified by the Corporate Office) and provide pictures and information about the events.  Complete end of year surveys by Go Au Pair I understand all requests for the Completion Package must be submitted no later than 90 days after the expiration of DS‐2019. Go Au Pair Operations, LLC has up to 90 days after the expiration of my DS‐2019 to send the Completion Package. I will not receive my Completion Package if:  I am asked to leave my Host Family for any reason and no replacement family is available for me;  I leave the program before my commitment is complete;  I ask to leave my Host Family and a replacement family does not accept me within two weeks of notifying Corporate;  I do not satisfactorily complete my year as an Au Pair, including completing the required education and attending the required Au Pair activities.  I do not complete the end of year surveys sent by Go Au Pair Grievance Policy I agree I have received a copy of the Grievance Policy as set forth by Go Au Pair Operations, LLC, and agree to follow the steps as stated. I understand that all rematches will be evaluated on a case‐by‐case basis and left to the discretion of Go Au Pair Operations, LLC.

  • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

  • Project Completion Date It is agreed between the Parties that the Project Completion Date is <END DATE, YEAR>. If the Project is not completed by such date then, subject to an amendment agreed to between the Parties, Alberta Innovates may elect to terminate this Investment Agreement. In such event, Alberta Innovates will notify the Applicant of its decision to terminate as soon as reasonably practical and shall advise the Applicant of the effective date of termination. Alberta Innovates will have no liability or obligation to reimburse the Applicant for any Project Costs incurred after the effective date of termination and may require the Applicant to return any portions of the Investment which were spent on Ineligible Expenses. Additionally, any portion of the Investment not used and accounted for in accordance with this Agreement as of the Project Completion Date or earlier termination is repayable by the Applicant to AI at AI’s request.

  • Project Completion Part 1 – Material Completion

  • Project Closeout a. Participate in final inspection to prepare punch lists for project contractor to correct and/or to complete listed items. Verify that items on punch lists have been completed successfully assist COUNTY Project Manager or designee to determine completion date and coordinate project close out.

  • Completion Certificate Upon completion of Construction Works and the Independent Engineer determining the Tests to be successful, it shall forthwith issue to the Concessionaire and the Authority a certificate substantially in the form set forth in Schedule-J (the “Completion Certificate”).

  • Project Reports; Completion Report 1. The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of the Standard Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with the World Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the World Bank not later than one (1) month after the end of the period covered by such report.

  • Completion Date The Work under this Contract shall be completed by midnight of the date required in the Contract as the Material Completion and Occupancy Date unless extended by approved requests for extension of time.

  • Construction Progress Schedule; Overall Project Schedule The Contractor shall submit for review by the Design Professional and approval by the Owner a Construction Progress Schedule based upon the Design Professional’s Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule and prepared using a CPM (Critical Path Method) process within sixty days after the Effective Date of the Contract, utilizing a full-featured software package in a form satisfactory to the Design Professional and Owner, showing the dates for commencement and completion of the Work required by the Contract Documents, including coordination of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical disciplines, as well as coordination of the various subdivisions of the Work within the Contract. Milestones must be clearly indicated and sequentially organized to identify the critical path of the Project. The Construction Schedule will be developed to represent the CSI specification divisions. It shall have the minimum number of activities required to adequately represent to the Owner the complete scope of Work and define the Project’s (and each Phase’s if phased) critical path and associated activities. The format of the Construction Progress Schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, inspections for Material Completion and Occupancy Date, and Final Completion Date. The Contractor shall submit, along with the Construction Progress Schedule, the Submittal Schedule for approval by the Design Professional, correlating the associated approval dates for the documents with the Construction Progress Schedule. Upon recommendation by the Design Professional and approval by the Owner, the Construction Progress Schedule shall become the Overall Project Schedule, which shall be utilized by the Design Professional, Owner and Contractor. The Contractor must provide the Design Professional and the Owner with monthly updates of the Overall Project Schedule indicating completed activities and any changes in sequencing or activity durations, including approved change orders.   • Completion of Punch List items 14.4.1 All items in the Punch List shall be completed by the Concessionaire within 90 (ninety) days of the date of issue of the Provisional Certificate and for any delay thereafter, other than for reasons solely attributable to the Authority or due to Force Majeure, the Authority shall be entitled to recover Damages from the Concessionaire to be calculated and paid for each day of delay until all items are completed, at the lower of (a) 0.1% (zero point one per cent) of the Performance Security, and (b) 0.2% (zero point two per cent) of the cost of completing such items as estimated by the Independent Engineer. Subject to payment of such Damages, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to a further period not exceeding 120 (one hundred and twenty) days for completion of the Punch List items. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that if completion of any item is delayed for reasons solely attributable to the Authority or due to Force Majeure, the completion date thereof shall be determined by the Independent Engineer in accordance with Good Industry Practice, and such completion date shall be deemed to be the date of issue of the Provisional Certificate for the purposes of Damages, if any, payable for such item under this Clause 14.4.1.

  • Final Completion The full and final completion of all Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
