Compliance with Codes and Standards. It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to demonstrate compliance with all applicable building, health and sanitation laws and codes, and with all other applicable Federal, State and local acts, statutes, ordinances, regulations, provisions and rules. Contractor shall engage in no activity which creates an actual conflict of interest or violates the Code of Ethics as provided by ORS Chapter 244, or which would create a conflict or violation if Contractor were a public official as defined in ORS 244.020.

The CMTISP’s professional services shall be consistent with sound engineering practices and shall incorporate those publicly announced federal, state, and local laws, regulations, codes and standards that are applicable at the time the CMTISP rendered CMTISP’s services. In the event of a change in laws, regulations, etc., of which the CMTISP becomes aware and believes affects their work for Owner, the CMTISP shall inform the Owner of the change and its impact on work already done or to be done, fees and costs involved, and scheduling. If either the Owner or the CMTISP believes the change requires a renegotiation of this Agreement, both the Owner and the CMTISP agree to bargain promptly and in good faith, to permit CMTISP to continue to meet the Owner’s needs. If a renegotiated contract cannot be agreed to, Owner and CMTISP agree either party has an absolute right to terminate this Agreement.

Contractor’s professional services shall incorporate those federal, state and local laws, regulations, codes and standards that are applicable at the time Contractor rendered its services. Contractor shall not be responsible for any claim or liability for injury or loss allegedly arising from Contractor’s failure to abide by federal, state or local laws, regulations, codes and standards that were not in effect or publicly announced at the time Contractor rendered its services.
Compliance with Codes and Standards. Serono shall promptly notify OSI of and provide OSI with a copy of any correspondence or other reports with respect to promotion of the Product received by Serono from either (i) the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) or the American Medical Association (AMA) relating to its compliance with the Codes or (ii) the ACCME relating to its compliance with the Standards, which correspondence or reports would be reasonably likely to have a significant effect on OSI's ability to Promote or conduct the MSL Activities hereunder.
Compliance with Codes and Standards. (a) Project construction as a whole shall comply with the Office of Facilities standards for construction that are listed in Supplement B of the contract. Portions of work that are not covered by the previously referenced standards shall comply with locally recognized national model codes for construction and special trades.

Compliance with Codes and Standards. At the time of construction, the facility was constructed to meet all state, local and generally recognized building and construction codes. The facility currently meets all standards promulgated by the Community Justice Assistance Division (CJAD) of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ). The Department shall obtain all permits and licenses required by any governmental entity having power to control or regulate the operation of the Facility unless VENDOR is authorized by the DEPARTMENT to obtain permits and licenses.

The ENGINEER’s professional services shall exercise due professional care to incorporate those publicly announced federal, state and local laws, regulations, codes and standards that are applicable at the time the services are rendered. In the event of a change in a law, regulation, et al., the ENGINEER shall assess its impact. If, in the ENGINEER’s professional opinion, the impact is such to significantly affect the ENGINEER’s compensation or the period of service, then the compensation and/or period of service can be renegotiated.
Compliance with Codes and Standards. Xxxxxxxx shall ensure that the design of the Project and all plans related thereto, including the Final Project Plans, Site Plan and Construction Drawings, (i) conform with standards for a first-class, mixed-use development in Fairfax County, Virginia, and (ii) comply with all applicable Codes and Standards. Herndon shall in good faith cooperate with Xxxxxxxx to achieve compliance with the Codes and Standards.
