VENDOR shall obtain any necessary permits from the Columbia River Fire & Rescue, and show proof of such permit(s) to the VENDOR COORDINATOR no later than Monday, July 12, 2021, 10:00 am.

The Stand installation design must comply with the requirements of the General Fire Safety Regulations approved by Order No 1-223 of the Director of the Fire and Rescue Department under the Ministry of the Interior of 27 July 2010. 10.2. The Participant or the Contractor shall be responsible for compliance with the fire requirements during the installation of the Stand. 10.3. The Participant or the Contractor shall be prohibited from using any explosive or fire- hazardous materials. 10.4. Before the end of the opening hours of the Exhibition, Fair or Conference, the Participants and/or the Contractors shall be obliged to check daily whether all electricity receivers are switched off, whether there are no smouldering fires left in garbage cans, stoves and other places. The Participant shall assume all risk and material responsibility in case of non-fulfilment or improper fulfilment of this paragraph. 10.5. The use of lamps with flammable covers shall be prohibited. 10.6. After installing the Stand, the distance from the lamps to flammable surfaces must be at least 0.5 m. The lamps used at the Stand must also meet the fire safety requirements. 10.7. In the event of a fire, it is necessary to immediately take all possible measures to extinguish the fire, inform the employees of the LITEXPO Customer Service Group or the administration as soon as possible and call for help by dialling 112. 10.8. Smoking shall be permitted only in designated outdoor areas, which are marked with a special sign. 10.9. Storage of containers, packaging materials, goods, exhibits and other materials and structures outside the stand shall be strictly prohibited. LITEXPO shall have the right to demand the removal of these items and impose a fine of EUR 500.00 (five hundred) on the Participant for non- fulfilment of the requirement. 10.10. The Participant shall be liable in accordance with the law for non-compliance with fire safety requirements if the Contractor is not LITEXPO. In such cases, LITEXPO shall also have the right to impose a fine in the amount of EUR 500.00 (five hundred) for each violation of the requirements set out in this part of the Regulation.

Temporary electrical installation is allowed to use only in case of construction, repair or emergency liquidation. 2.8. Portable lights shall have glass covers or metal grids. Only flexible cables are used for such lights or other portable electric apparatus. 2.9. It is prohibited to keep equipment, inventory or materials at undesignated places of the object. 2.10. Electrical distribution boards and panels shall be locked. Accesses to electrical boards and panels shall not be crowded; it is prohibited to place flammable materials at a distance of not less than 1 meter. 2.11. When using electrical appliances, it is prohibited: 2.11.1. to heat the premises with non-standard (self-made) electrical appliances with open heating coils; 2.11.2. to use faulty rosettes, plugs, bifurcation boxes, switches and other electrical installation equipment; 2.11.3. to add several high power devices in one electric rosette; 2.11.4. to use electric irons, cookers, kettles and other heating appliances (except in designated areas of the object for that purpose) and leave it unattended; 2.11.5. to use uncalibrated and self-made protectors; 2.11.6. to install rosettes in basements of the object; 2.11.7. to cover electric cables, lamps and light diffusing lenses with flammable materials; 2.11.8. to use lamps with removed protective covers; 2.11.9. to use radio or telephone cables instead of electric wires and cables; 2.11.10. to use temporary electrical installation in the workplace. 2.12. It is prohibited to keep equipment or materials in ventilation xxxxxxxx. Xxxxxxxx shall be locked. It is prohibited for outsiders to open it. 2.13. It is prohibited in parking areas: 2.13.1. ...

Fire Safety Requirements. 3.25.1 Save in respect of any matter of non-compliance in that regard which occurred prior to the grant of this Lease, at all times during the Term to comply with all reasonable recommendations and all requirements of the appropriate fire or local authority and the insurers in respect of the safety and security of the Premises whether notified or directed to the Landlord or the Tenant in relation to fire precautions and in particular the provision of fire screens and to comply with all the reasonable regulations from time to time made by the Landlord in relation to fire precautions and save where same is a matter for the Landlord under the provisions of this Lease, to indemnify the Landlord against any costs and expenses in complying with any such requirement or written recommendation, and not to obstruct the access to or means of working any apparatus and appliance for that purpose for the time being installed in the Premises. 3.25.2 If required by the Landlord for the purposes of safety or where required to comply with the reasonable recommendations or the requirements of the Insurers of the Building to pay to the Landlord on demand the (vouched) cost of providing and installing portable fire extinguishers fire hose reels or similar devices or at the Landlord’s option to install same at the Landlord’s direction and at the Tenant’s expense. 3.25.3 In the event of the Premises or any part thereof being damaged or destroyed by any of the Insured Risks to give immediate notice to the Landlord.

Fire Safety Requirements. All fire extinguishers, fire alarm pull stations and emergency exits must be visible and accessible at all times. The fire alarm pull station is on the 1st floor in the lobby by the elevator. All main and cross aisles, corridors, stairways and other exits must be maintained at their required width during event hours. All aisles must be at least 36 inches wide and free of chairs, tables and other miscellaneous equipment. Materials used in the construction of sets and displays must be fire retardant and/or resistant and are subject to approval. Wheelchairs must be able to freely move about the 36 inch wide aisles. Burning for the purposes of pleasure, religious, ceremonial, or cooking are allowed in either portable outdoor fire appliances or permanently constructed fire pits without a permit. Regardless of the size of the appliance or fire pit, the fuel package cannot exceed 3 feet in diameter or 2 feet in height. There is no stipulation concerning flame height. The fuel must be clean dry wood or charcoal. No trash or yard debris (weeds, grass clippings, leaves, etc). No open flames in the breezeway or under an overhang. All xxxxx and flames shall be constantly attended by a competent and non-impaired adult with appropriate extinguishing equipment, such as dirt, sand, water barrel, garden hose, or water truck, available for immediate use until extinguished. No sparklers or fireworks.
