Compliance with Government Requirements. In carrying out its responsibilities pursuant to this Allocation Agreement, the Allocatee shall comply with all applicable Federal, State and local laws, regulations, ordinances, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars, and Executive Orders.

In carrying out its responsibilities pursuant to the Assistance Agreement, the Recipient shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, local and Tribal laws, regulations, ordinances, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars, and Executive Orders. Furthermore, the CDFI Fund’s Environmental Quality Regulations (12 C.F.R. part 1815) are applicable to the Recipient as well as all other federal environmental requirements applicable to federal awards.

The Lessee shall, at its expense, comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances directly or indirectly related to this authorization. The Lessee shall ensure compliance by its employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, licensees, or invitees.

In carrying out its responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement, the Participating State shall comply with the Act, Treasury regulations or other requirements prescribed by Treasury pursuant to the Act, and applicable provisions of the grants management common rule referenced in the attachment to OMB Circular A-102 (“Grants and Cooperative Agreements with State and Local Governments”), which are incorporated herein by reference. The Participating State also shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, and OMB Circulars, including, but not limited to, the regulations at 31 C.F.R. Part 21, related to lobbying.
Compliance with Government Requirements. 18.1 SpaceX and Customer shall comply with their respective national, federal, state and local laws and regulations, and any government licenses issued in connection with the performance of this Agreement. In addition, Customer shall comply with all U.S. export and import laws, regulations, rules, licenses and agreements related to the launch of Customer’s Payload, including but not limited to the ITAR.

In carrying out its responsibilities pursuant to the Assistance Agreement, the Recipient shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, local and tribal laws, regulations, ordinances, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) requirements, and Executive Orders. Furthermore, the Recipient shall comply with the CDFI Fund’s Environmental Quality Regulations (12 C.F.R. part 1815) as well as all other Federal environmental requirements applicable to Federal awards. The Recipient shall also comply with all applicable Federal nondiscrimination and civil rights laws. Pursuant to Executive Order 13717, the Recipient shall also comply with all applicable earthquake-resistant design provisions of the 2015 editions of the International Building Code or the International Residential Code, nationally recognized building codes promulgated by the International Code Council (ICC), or equivalent ICC codes, and any new versions thereof. Further, the Recipient shall ensure that any Approved SPE, per section 3.5(b) of the Assistance Agreement, is in compliance with all such applicable Federal, State, local and tribal laws, regulations, ordinances, OMB requirements, and Executive Orders.

To the best of its knowledge, Service Provider has not violated any rule, order or regulation issued by any government authority with respect to any license, permit, or franchise which may materially and adversely affect Service Provider’s right or ability to execute, and perform in accordance with the terms of, this Agreement.

Lessee will comply with all service, inspection, maintenance, repair and overhaul regulations, directives and instructions which are made mandatory by the FAA or other Government authority upon United States operators of Boeing Model 737-200 series aircraft and Xxxxx & Xxxxxxx JT8D-9A engines and which require compliance during the Term and prior to return of the Aircraft under this Lease.
Compliance with Government Requirements. Provider agrees to comply with all applicable requirements, laws, rules, and regulations of any federal or state agencies which are applicable to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Provider understands that appropriate federal or state agencies may change or add to such requirements, laws, rules, and regulations from time to time.
