Compliance with Part-time/Temporary Definitions. The Courts will begin counting the hours of “Part-Time” employees for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the definition “Part-Time” on January 2, 2001. The Courts will provide the Union with payroll data showing the number of hours worked by Part-Time employees in the prior six months on the pay period closest to June 1 and December 1 of each year.
