I have read, understand and accept the terms and conditions stated above in this Agreement. I understand that changes may be made based on changes in FIU policies and State of Florida laws, rules, and regulations. This Agreement will be amended, as necessary, to comply with regulations or policies of FIU, the Florida Board of Governors and/or the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools’ Commission on Colleges, as they might be revised from time to time.

3.2 The Internship Host Organisation may immediately terminate the internship placement in the event of serious non-compliance by the Intern with the Host Organisation Rules or for gross misconduct or illegal behaviour by the Intern (examples of which include, but are not limited to, being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs, the possession of a weapon of any sort, harassment, threats or violent behaviour, or fraud, theft or financial irregularity). The Internship Host Organisation shall report promptly to the College any serious non-compliance by the Intern with the Host Organisation Rules, whether or not it results in termination of the internship placement. The Intern and Internship Host Organisation shall ensure that they comply with all applicable laws and regulations including (but not limited to) those relating to health and safety, employment, data protection and equality.
Compliance with Policies and Regulations. In performing the Consulting Services, the Consultant shall comply with all business conduct, regulatory and health and safety guidelines or regulations established by Genzyme or any governmental authority that may be applicable to the Consulting Services.

If applicable, Toxikon will perform the Services in material compliance with the current standards promulgated by the FDA applicable thereto, including, but not limited to, current Good Manufacturing Practices (21 CFR Parts 210 and 211), Good Laboratory Practice for Non-Clinical Laboratory Studies (21 CFR Parts 58), and the General Biological Products Standards (21 CFR Part 610). In addition, Toxikon shall comply with all applicable Sponsor guidelines, of which Toxikon is made aware by Sponsor.
