Compliance with Project Documents. By accepting the Warranty Deed to the Property, Buyer agrees to adhere to all the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements and equitable servitudes enunciated in the Project Documents, including the payment of any and all assessments levied by any applicable homeowners' or other association. Buyer understands and is informed that the Owner, any other owner of Property within the Project and/or any applicable homeowners' or other association will require strict compliance with, and may enforce the terms, covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements and equitable servitudes enunciated in the Project Documents. Buyer agrees that Buyer is responsible for understanding the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements and equitable servitudes for the Project enunciated in the Project Documents, including, without limitation any and all design guidelines.
Compliance with Project Documents. Developer shall construct the Development in conformance with the Approved Plans, Approved Financing, and Financing Plan and consistent with the City Approvals. Developer shall notify the City in a timely manner of any changes in the work required to be performed under this Agreement, including any additions, changes, or deletions to the plans and specifications approved by the City.
Compliance with Project Documents. Owner and Approved Builder hereby acknowledge and agree to abide by the Declaration, all Association Rules, the Construction Rules and Regulations, the Association’s Design Guidelines (Collectively, the “Project Documents”) with respect to all construction related to the Improvements. Approved Builder shall be responsible for the conduct of its employees, agents subcontractors and suppliers and for ensuring their compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Project Documents, Owner acknowledges that the Association reserves the right to seek the removal and prohibit any subcontractor, employee, agent or supplier of Approved Builder from entering or engaging in activities in the community if the Association deems, in its sole discretion, that such person (a) has violated any material term or condition of the Agreement or the Project Document; (b) has violated applicable laws within or outside the community; (c) has committed negligent acts or omissions causing damage to Common Area improvements or other improvements within or adjacent to the community; or (d) has violated any rules of conduct within the community.
Compliance with Project Documents laws, accreditations and policies
Compliance with Project Documents. The Governing Body shall not take any action or fail to take any action, or (insofar as it is reasonably within its power) permit anything to occur which would cause the Authority to be in breach of its obligations under the Project Documents insofar as they relate to the School.
