COMPRESSED WORK WEEK SCHEDULE REVIEW. The Parties agree to form a Schedule Review Committee to research, analyze, and review alternative shift schedules to the existing uniform patrol compressed work week schedule. The Committee shall consist of not more than three (3) members representing the Association and not more than three (3) members representing the Board. The Committee’s assessment shall include a consideration of the operational, financial, staffing and implementation implications of the alternatives considered, as well as the relative desirability of the shift schedule from the perspective of those members affected. The Committee shall be convened within sixty (60) days of ratification and shall complete their work by providing recommendations respecting any proposed alternative schedule(s) to the Board and to the Association for consideration within six (6) months of convening. If the parties fail to reach consensus at committee, the issues in dispute shall be referred to mediation by Xxxxxx Xxxxx or in the alternative Xxxx Xxxxxx, or if neither are available, a mediator agreeable to the parties in an effort to achieve consensus. The parties will forthwith approach the mediator and agree on a date before the end of September 2008. Any change to the current schedule shall require the approval of both the Board and the Association to be adopted, and in the event of a determination by either Party not to approve an alternative schedule for implementation such determination shall not be arbitrable. In the event either party fails to adopt the consensus recommendations of the Committee the matter may be submitted to arbitration through the grievance procedure. The cost of the Mediator and Arbitrator shall be equally shared between the Board and the Association. Where an alternative shift schedule is approved for implementation on a permanent basis, it will be inserted into the Collective Agreement replacing the existing Schedule B.1 to the Uniform Collective Agreement.

  • Compressed Work Week The Company and Union recognize the concept of the compressed work week. It is further understood that the compressed work week conditions will apply only to those departments that are on the compressed work week.

  • Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday. All other overtime Monday through Friday shall be paid at double time (2x).

  • Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.

  • Schematic Design Phase Services § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.

The Authorized User must distribute the Mini-Bid to all qualified Vendors per Lot(s) (unless a Vendor has removed itself from consideration via the Appendix F, Attachment 5, Mini-Bid Participation Interest Template). Contact information, organized by Lot, will be available on the OGS website for this Contract. An Authorized User shall conduct its Mini-Bid in accordance with the requirements set forth in Appendix F, Attachment 2, How to Use this Contract. The following terms and conditions shall apply to each Mini-Bid issued by an Authorized User:  An Authorized User may require the execution of unique forms, such as Confidentiality Non- Disclosure agreements; and  An Authorized User is required to make tentative award and non-award notifications to each Contractor who submitted a response to the Mini-Bid.   • Design Review At appropriate stages of design, documented reviews of the design results shall be planned and conducted. Participants at each Design Review shall include representatives of all functions concerned with the design stage being reviewed, as well as other specialist personnel, as required. Records of such reviews shall be maintained. Any computer software used to perform alternative calculations or verify clearances through the use of scale models or computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) techniques shall be validated before the use of the application, with validation documented in accordance with Section 2.2.15. In addition, at each submittal to IFA for review, Developer shall provide hand calculations that validate any calculations performed by computer software.

  • Normal Work Schedule 130. Compensation fixed herein on a per diem basis are for a normal eight-hour work day; and on a bi-weekly basis for a bi-weekly period of service consisting of normal work schedules.
