Conceptual Engineering. Collection Compilation, Review and Evaluation of Database: BLA will contact the Local Municipalities to obtain the current land uses, zonings, future plans in the area, utility, fire, school and park districts. BLA will contact XXXXX to obtain utility company information in the area and request copies of their utility atlases. Traffic counts and turning movements will be observed and compiled for the peak hour volumes for a 12 hour period at the River/Xxxxxx intersection as well as at the Xxxxxx/Xxxxxx and the Shall/River intersections. This data along with the utility plans, soils reports, Phase I Environmental report, wetland delineation, and other initial documentation will be reviewed as part of this task. Surveys: BLA Survey Staff will establish State Plane Illinois East Zone Coordinates and NAVD88 vertical control and set a minimum of 4 permanent benchmarks on the site. Survey work will then be conducted in order to obtain and plat relevant topographic and planimetric survey information including Centerline alignment monumentation, Trees 6” at breast height and larger, pavement/shoulder lines, buildings, striping, property lines, utilities, etc within the project impact area. The respective elevations of the ground surfaces will be noted as they relate to the adjacent floodplain elevations. Roadway cross sections will be taken at 50 ft station intervals along River Road from Shall Lane (Xxxxxx Xxxx) to Xxxxx Xxxx Road, along Xxxxxx Road from River Road to Highwood Drive and along Xxxxxx Court from Shall Lane (Xxxxxx Xxxx) to Xxxxxx Road. No creek cross sections will be taken as part of this scope. The Roadway topography will include the ROW to ROW as well as 20’ outside the ROW in all directions. Also included in this survey are those parcels inclusive of the River/Xxxxxx/Xxxxxx/Shall (Breezy) roadways, the 6 Parcels on the south side of Xxxxxx Road from Xxxxxx Court to Forestwood Drive and the two northerly parcels on the east side of Xxxxxx Court. Environmental Data, Coordination, Inventory and Analysis: The following services for a wetland assessment and permit application submittal are proposed to comply with Section 404 of the Clean Water Act.
