Mechanical Issues. Agent makes efforts to maintain the Premises. Renter understands that all mechanical and electrical infrastructure within the Premises are up to code, but Agent cannot guarantee against mechanical or electrical failures such as issues with the plumbing, heating, water, air conditioning, electronic devices, internet, appliances, or cable services. Renter shall report any nonfunctional equipment and other maintenance issues to Agent immediately. Agent shall make a reasonable effort to have maintenance done in a timely matter. Renter thus agrees to allow Agent and persons permitted by Agent to access the premises for the purpose of inspection and maintenance. Renter agrees that Agent will not be responsible for inconveniences that may occur for mechanical issues, and no refunds or rent deductions shall be issued due to mechanical issues.

Mechanical Issues. Every effort to maintain, clean, and have all mechanical items in top working condition is made. However, sometimes mechanical problems occur (i.e. hot tub, pool, internet, etc.). If you do experience any issues during your stay, please contact HCPL immediately so that repairs can be initiated. Unfortunately, HCPL cannot issue refunds for inoperable equipment.
Mechanical Issues. Narrowing (stricture) of the join between the stomach and the small bowel can occur after this operation, which may require further endoscopic procedures or even surgery. Mechanical issues associated with the stomach tube can develop in the form of segmental dilatation leading to a pouch or some narrowing that may require further surgery.
Mechanical Issues. In the event of a mechanical breakdown or failure of communication or power supplies beyond its control, Custodian shall take all reasonable steps to minimize service interruptions for any period that such interruption continues beyond Custodian's control. Custodian will make every reasonable effort to restore any lost or damaged data and correct any errors resulting from such a breakdown at the expense of Custodian. Custodian agrees that it shall, at all times, have reasonable contingency plans with appropriate parties, making reasonable provision for emergency use of electrical data processing equipment to the extent appropriate equipment is available. Representatives of the Trust shall be entitled to inspect Custodian's premises and operating capabilities at any time during regular business hours of Custodian, upon reasonable notice to Custodian.
Mechanical Issues. In the event of any mechanical issue involving the Subscribed Vehicle, You must report the issue to FREE2MOVE NA within 24 hours via the CAR-ON-DEMAND Platform or emailing FREE2MOVE NA at xxxxx@xxxx0xxxx.xxx should any of the following occur:  Indications that the Subscribed Vehicle may be in need of maintenance or repair (such as warning lights, unusual noises, or other indications); and/or  Accident, damage or theft of the Subscribed Vehicle. Failure to notify FREE2MOVE NA of any such eventsmay result in the immediate suspension or termination of Your access to and use of any CAR-ON-DEMAND Service, as well as You being responsible for any damages resulting from Your continued use of the Subscribed Vehicle despite such irregularities.

  • Mechanical Rights The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive License to use Master Recording in the reproduction, duplication, manufacture, and distribution of phonograph records, cassette tapes, compact disks, internet downloads, other and miscellaneous audio and digital recordings, and any lifts and versions thereof (collectively ,”Recordings”) worldwide for up to the pressing or selling a total of 5000 copies of such Recordings or any combination of such Recordings. Additionally, Licensor shall be permitted to distribute unlimited internet downloads for non-profit and non-commercial use.

  • Mechanical License If any selection or musical composition, or any portion thereof, recorded in the New Song hereunder is written or composed by Producer, in whole or in part, alone or in collaboration with others, or is owned or controlled, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by Producer or any person, firm, or corporation in which Producer has a direct or indirect interest, then such selection and/or musical composition shall be hereinafter referred to as a “Controlled Composition”. Producer hereby agrees to issue or cause to be issued, as applicable, to Licensee, mechanical licenses in respect of each Controlled Composition, which are embodied on the New Song. For that license, on the United States and Canada sales, Licensee will pay mechanical royalties at one hundred percent (100%) of the minimum statutory rate, subject to no cap of that rate for albums and/or EPs. For license outside the United States and Canada, the mechanical royalty rate will be the rate prevailing on an industry-wide basis in the country concerned on the date that this agreement has been entered into.
