Common use of Conciliation Meeting Clause in Contracts

Conciliation Meeting. If the matter is not resolved at this point, a conciliation meeting will be held with the parties involved as a final attempt to settle the dispute prior to proceeding with the arbitration. The Mayor or their designee shall preside over this proceeding.
