Conditional Employee Sample Clauses

Conditional Employee. A conditional employee is one who has been hired by the Employer on a full-time or part-time basis and who has been continuously employed by the employer for less than ninety (90) calendar days. After ninety (90) calendar days of continuous employment, the employee shall become a regular employee unless specifically advised by the Employer of an extended conditional period for up to an additional ninety (90) days, the conditions of which shall be specified in writing. The Union shall be notified in writing of any extension of an employee’s conditional period. During the conditional period, an employee may be terminated without notice and without recourse to the grievance procedure.
