Counsellor Members at the Rank of Instructor The conditions and general criteria for promotion of Counsellor Members to the rank of Instructor shall be the same as outlined for Instructors in Clause 25.16 including the following qualifications: An initial undergraduate degree and either a further related degree or equivalent professional experience, or both.
