Conditions for Reinstatement. 26.12 An Employee whose name is on the Reinstatement List shall provide the College with an e-mail address. While the Employee’s name remains on the Reinstatement List, the College shall send notice of vacancies to the e-mail address provided.

Conditions for Reinstatement. 26.10 Where vacancies occur in the bargaining unit while there are names of Employees on the Reinstatement List, written notice of such vacancies shall be sent by regular mail to the current address of each Employee as provided by that Employee.   • Petition for Reinstatement An employee who has received a separation notice in accordance with Section 27.3, above, may petition the Employer in writing to consider reinstatement.
