Conference and Staff Training. 5.1 An employee, at the discretion of the relevant Committee, may attend the following : (i) Conferences and seminars relevant to their work as determined by agreement between the employee and relevant Committee, (ii) Training as agreed by the employee and relevant Committee. 5.2 An employee is classified as on duty when attending conferences relevant to the employee's work, subject to item 1/ of this clause. Such attendance must be authorised in advance by the Management Committee, with hours of attendance nominated and flexi-time and time in lieu agreed upon in advance if applicable. 5.3 The employee shall be entitled to reimbursement for reasonable additional expenses associated with attendance at the conference, to an amount agreed upon prior to the conference, within the Project’s staff training budget.

  • Staff Training 3.3.5.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide regular and ongoing comprehensive training for CONTRACTOR staff to ensure that they understand the goals of Centennial Care 2.0, including the integration of physical, Long-Term Care and Behavioral Health, the provisions and limitations of the ABP and the requirements of this Agreement. As issues are identified by the CONTRACTOR and/or HSD, the CONTRACTOR shall provide timely and targeted training to staff. 3.3.5.2 The CONTRACTOR shall provide an initial orientation and training as well as ongoing training, including training targeted to different types of staff, to ensure compliance with this Agreement. Including targeted training regarding: 3.3.5.2.1 Care Coordination; 3.3.5.2.2 Nursing Facility Level of Care Determinations; 3.3.5.2.3 Setting of Care Submissions; 3.3.5.2.4 Community Benefit Services and Supplemental Questionnaire; and

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.

  • Telephone Monitoring You agree that Chase and its third-party service providers may listen to and record telephone calls as part of providing program services.

  • Conference Promptly after the execution of this Contract, Contractor shall confer with the Program Manager, Design Professional, Owner, and Using Agency to identify personnel and relevant organizational charts of each team member, and to establish working relationships with each team member.

The practical training provided in the frame of maintenance training will be performed on the training devices in use in the Seller’s Training Centers.

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Conference Telephone Meetings Directors or members of any committee of the Board may participate in a meeting of the Board or such committee by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.

  • Orientation and Training A transferring employee will be orientated separately to both or their new home in accordance with Article 20 the collective agreement of the designated employer.
