Payment and Terms Monthly payments for services in the amount of $7,000 shall be paid by the 1st of the month for that service month, on a monthly basis by the City of Xxxxxxxx. Non-compliance with the Clauses and termination (a) The data importer shall promptly inform the data exporter if it is unable to comply with these Clauses, for whatever reason.
PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT 3.1 The Total Purchase Price (inclusive of any tax payable) shall be paid in accordance with the payment schedule set forth in Appendix B of this Agreement.
CERTIFICATION OF AGREEMENT In accordance with Division 4 of Part VIB of the Workplace Relations Act 1996, the Commission hereby certifies the attached written agreement in this matter. Form of Agreement If a vendor submitting an Proposal requires TIPS and/or TIPS Member to sign an additional agreement, a copy of the proposed agreement must be included with the proposal. In response to submitted supplemental Vendor Agreement documents, TIPS will review proposed vendor Agreement documents.
