Conflict Resolutions. During the regular business hours, the supervisory personnel from the El Cerrito Police Department shall attempt to resolve problems involving dispatch by contacting the on-duty Communications Shift Supervisor (“CSS”). If the matter remains unresolved after contacting the on-duty CSS, the El Cerrito supervisory personnel should contact the Officer in Charge (“OIC”) at the Richmond Police Department.
Conflict Resolutions. Parties shall strive to settle all disputes or differences arising in connection with this Collaboration Agreement shall first be settled amicably. Any signs of disagreement between Parties shall be notified to the Work Package Leader or Project Coordinator (as appropriate), who should then instigate the following conflict resolution procedure. The PC will then contact the conflicting Parties separately to identify the different viewpoints. In this regards the PC shall try not to use the medium of email for the communication. Based on the clarification of viewpoints, the Project Coordinator will then propose a solution to the disagreeing Parties. If a solution is achieved hereby it will be recorded in a short report for all participating Parties. If no agreement can be found in 3 months from Information of the PC, the disagreement will then be escalated to the EB. If needed, an extraordinary meeting will convene for the settlement of the dispute.
