Conflicting Laws. If any provision of this Agreement or of any agreement made in pursuance thereof is found to be contrary to the provisions of any law, now or hereafter enacted, this Agreement will not be abrogated but will be subject to such amendments as may be necessary to bring it into conformity with the law.

EMPLOYEES AT THE UNIVERSITY OF XXXXXX Each employee who works twenty (20) hours a week or more will be eligible for benefits described herein the first of the month following three months of employment. Participation in the Life Insurance program is mandatory. Basic life insurance coverage in the amount of twenty-five thousand ($25,000) is provided in the event of the employee's death.
