Uniforms & Protective Clothing. 39.01 Where the type of work done by an employee requires the use of a xxxxx, apron or protective clothing, the Co-operative agrees to supply, launder and repair same at no cost to the employees.
39.02 The Co-operative shall provide all the appropriate winter wearing apparel, freezer jackets and raincoats for each employee who is working in areas of the Co-operative's operations that requires same, at no cost to the employee.
39.03 Where the Co-operative requires employees to wear a uniform, the cost of said uniform will be paid for in total by the Co-operative. The Co-operative agrees to provide a sufficient number of uniforms for each employee. The employees shall be responsible for laundering and maintaining their own uniforms.
Uniforms & Protective Clothing. Where conditions of employment are such that an employee’s clothing may be contaminated, or where an employee’s clothing may be damaged, the Employer shall provide protective clothing (smocks, coveralls, lab coats, or similar overdress) and shall pay for their laundering.
Uniforms & Protective Clothing. All members of the Association shall be required to wear the prescribed custodial or maintenance uniform at all times while working, including bus drivers. I.D. badges shall be considered a part of the uniform. Both the uniforms and the I.D. badges must be visible at all times while on school grounds. Members must report to work in uniforms that are clean and in good repair. If members of the Association are not in uniform when they arrive at work, they shall be sent home without pay.

Uniforms & Protective Clothing. Section 30.1 Each employee, upon employment, shall be issued uniforms and all necessary protective clothing to perfo1m the aspects of this occupation.
Section 30.2 Uniforms shall include the following: 4 Duty shirts (long or sho1i sleeve t-shirts, golf shirts) 4 button down duty shi1is (short or long sleeve)
1 White button up shi1i 1 Black tie 4 pair of uniform leg wear, (shorts or long pants) (employee must have at least 2 pair of duty pants)
Section 30.3 1 Belt 1 Hi-Viz. winter coat 2 Job shirts $200.00 allowance for on-duty shoes or boots (any combination the employee chooses) Class A Unifo1m **This shall be a one-time, $500 allowance for the purchase of a new Class A unifo1m. All purchases will be coordinated/requested through the Assistant Chief. Should the employee separate from employment before one (1) year, the employee shall reimburse the Township for the cost of the unifmm. Protective clothing shall include the following: Helmet Protective hood Turnout coat, pants, suspenders Boots Fire Gloves Rescue style gloves Safety glasses
Section 30.4 The above listed items shall be replaced, at no cost to the employee, as needed for normal wear and tear occuning in the perfmmance of their duties. Items in need of replacement shall be turned in to the employee's unit officer, and shall be re-issued to the employee upon receipt of the needed item(s).
Section 30.5 Employees shall be responsible for nmmal cleaning of the above-mentioned items. Employees shall not be responsible for costs of decontamination from hazardous materials or cleaning beyond the manufacturer's recommendations.
Section 30.6 Employees shall be required to keep one (1) complete, clean uniform in their locker at all times. The uniform shall consist of a button up duty shirt, t-shirt, trousers and duty shoes.
Uniforms & Protective Clothing. (Special Agencies Coalition Except DCBS, WCB) Section 1. Uniforms and protective clothing required by the Agency shall be provided by the Agency at no cost to the employee.
Uniforms & Protective Clothing. 16.1 All Employees will be required to dress in a manner and meet a dress code, which in the opinion of the Employer, is appropriate for the position held and shall comply with any reasonable requests of the YMCA Manager.
16.2 All Employees required by the Employer to wear specific YMCA uniforms, as part of their employment will receive an appropriate number of uniform items (as determined by the YMCA Manager) free of charge to the Employee.
16.3 All uniforms issued shall remain the property of the Employer, and must be returned at the cessation of employment.
16.4 A deposit may be required for specific uniform items issued to a casual Employee, which will be reimbursed within 7 days of return of the items in a clean and serviceable condition (fair wear and tear excepted).
16.5 The Employee will be expected to clean and launder the uniform at his/her own expense.
16.6 If uniforms are not returned, or not returned in a state considered satisfactory by the YMCA Manager (allowing for general wear and tear), an amount equivalent to the value of the uniform item may be invoiced for payment.
16.7 Protective clothing and materials necessary to meet the Employer’s obligations under the relevant occupational health and safety legislation will also be provided without cost to the Employee. These uniforms are provided for employment related usage only and remain the property of the Employer.
16.8 If an Employee’s clothes are spoiled or destroyed while on duty because of disinfectants or acids (unless this is intentionally caused by the Employee or caused through his/her own neglect), he/she will be paid the value of the clothes spoiled or destroyed.
Uniforms & Protective Clothing. The Corporation will supply uniforms/protective clothing where these are required to be worn by employees.
Uniforms & Protective Clothing. 22.5.1 The USSU will reimburse each janitorial staff person up to three hundred dollars ($300.00) per fiscal year to cover the purchase of work clothes and shoes.
22.5.2 Adequate protective clothing will be provided by the work areas listed below when the duties performed by an employee are abnormal which will result in the employee's clothing being destroyed or rendered unfit for further use, or as otherwise required. The USSU will provide replacement clothing if damaged or rendered unusable due to extraordinary circumstances except when due to carelessness, negligence or misconduct on the part of the employee.
Uniforms & Protective Clothing. 2601 a) The Employer shall provide, maintain and launder all uniforms and protective or special work clothing which are required to be worn on duty.
Uniforms & Protective Clothing. Uniforms or protective clothing will be provided by the Employer, at no cost to an employee, where such uniforms or protective clothing are deemed necessary by the Employer or required by law.
