Conformance with Rules and Regulations. In performing all activities in connection with this Agreement, CONSULTANT shall abide by and conform to any applicable laws of the State of California or the United States government as now exist or may hereafter be adopted or amended.
Conformance with Rules and Regulations. All parties shall be in conformity with all applicable federal, State, County, and local laws, rules, and regulations, current and hereinafter enacted, including facility and professional licensing and/or certification laws and keep in effect any and all licenses, permits, notices, and certificates as are required. All parties shall further comply with all laws applicable to wages and hours of employment, occupational safety, and to fire safety, health, and sanitation.

Lessee agrees that in all activities on or in connection with the leased premises and in all uses thereof, including the making of any alterations or changes and the installation of any machines or other improvements, it will abide by and conform to all rules and regulations prescribed by the San Diego Unified Port District Act, any ordinances of the City in which the leased land is located, including the Building Code thereof, and any ordinances and general rules of the Lessor, including tariffs, and any applicable laws of the State of California and Federal Government, as any of the same now exist or may hereafter be adopted or amended.

Grossmont Union High School District shall further comply with all laws applicable to wages and hours of employment, occupational safety, and to fire safety, health and sanitation.

The use of the Airport by Lessee shall be subject to any and all rules, regulations and ordinances which are now in force or which may be hereafter adopted by MDC and City with respect to the operation and use of the Airport, but no such rules, regulations, or ordinances shall increase the rents payable by Lessee under this Sublease or otherwise materially and adversely affect Lessee’s tenure of the Leased Premises under this Sublease. Furthermore, this Sublease and Lessee’s use of the Airport shall be subject to all applicable laws, ordinances, resolutions, statutes, rules, regulations or orders of any federal, state or local governmental authority lawfully exercising jurisdiction over the Airport or the activities and business operations of Lessee, including any limitations, restrictions or prohibitions affecting the aviation activities or operations of Lessee.
