Responsibilities at the power delivery point The Buyer is responsible for investing in and installing equipment for the transmission and delivery of power to the Buyer at the power delivery point. The Buyer is responsible for cooperating with the Seller in such installation tasks.

Connection and metering. The Water shall be available at such Connection Point as the Company may from time to time determine and shall be measured by the Metering Equipment specified by the Company and maintained by the Company. The Company shall have the right at any time to enter the Property and maintain and change the device used for measuring and controlling Water supplied to the Shareholder.
Connection and metering. 5.1 It is your responsibility to organise for the Distributor to connect the Unit to the Distributor’s distribution system and, where applicable, to assign to the NMI the relevant network tariff code applying to the Unit. 5.2 If the Premises are in Victoria, then, at your request, we will make a request to the Distributor to connect the Unit to the Distributor’s distribution system. We will make the request as soon as practicable, and no later than the next Business Day, after we receive from you all the documentation reasonably required by us or the Distributor. This includes: (a) all documentation required by the Electricity Safety Xxx 0000 (Vic); (b) acceptable identification; (c) contact details; (d) the Connection Form (if required); (e) the Electrical Work Request; and (f) the Certificate of Electrical Safety. You must reimburse us for all reasonable costs incurred by us in relation to this request. 5.3 You must arrange (at your own cost) for the installation and maintenance of metering equipment for the Unit at the Premises that meets our and the Distributor’s reasonable requirements and the Energy Laws.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Interconnection 2.1 This section applies to linking with suppliers providing public telecommunications transport networks or services in order to allow the users of one supplier to communicate with users of another supplier and to access services provided by another supplier, where specific commitments are undertaken.

  • Points of Interconnection and Trunk Types 2.1 Point(s) of Interconnection. 2.1.1 Each Party, at its own expense, shall provide transport facilities to the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA selected by PNG.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • Connections HTC”s responsibility for service ends at the demarcation point. “Demarcation” means the point of meeting where the “hand-off” occurs between HTC’s system and Customer’s system. Facilities used by HTC in providing Services may be connected with terminal equipment or communications systems provided by Customer. In such a case, facilities and terminal equipment or communications systems provided by Customer or its customers shall be subject to mutually agreeable technical interface specifications.

  • Internet Connection Certain Solutions may require an active and stable connection to the Internet in order to function. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you have at all times an active and stable Internet connection.

  • NETWORK INTERCONNECTION METHODS 3.1 The Interconnection provided herein may not be used solely for the purpose of originating a Party’s own interexchange traffic.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
