Common use of Consecutive Absences Clause in Contracts

Consecutive Absences. Any Governing Committee Member who is absent for three consecutive regular meetings without excuse may, by resolution duly adopted by a majority vote of the remaining Governing Committee Members, be deemed to have forfeited his or her position as Governing Committee Member and that Member’s position shall be vacant.
