CONSTRUCTION ELECTRICIAN Sample Clauses

The 'CONSTRUCTION ELECTRICIAN' clause defines the role, responsibilities, and requirements for electricians working on a construction project. It typically outlines the qualifications needed, the scope of electrical work to be performed, and any safety or compliance standards that must be met. For example, it may specify that only licensed electricians can install wiring or that all work must adhere to local building codes. The core function of this clause is to ensure that electrical work is performed safely, legally, and to a professional standard, thereby reducing the risk of accidents and ensuring compliance with regulations.
