Construction Field Observation services consisting of visits to the site at intervals appropriate to the stage of construction to become generally familiar with the progress and quality of the Work and to determine in general if the Work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract Documents, andpreparing related reports and communications. Site visits are based on weekly site meetings for twelve (12) months of construction.

Construction Field Observation. If permitting does not occur, construction field observation shall include all inspections required by the building code of the local authority.
Construction Field Observation services consisting of visits to the site at job meetings (once per week) to become generally familiar with the progress and the quality of the Work and to ensure, based upon such site observation that the Work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract Documents, and preparing related reports and communications. The Contractor, however, shall not have control over or charge of and shall not be responsible for construction means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures, or for safety precautions and programs in connection with the Work, since these are solely the Building Contractor's responsibility under the Building Contractor’s Contract for Construction. Without in any way limiting the Contractor’s responsibilities and obligations under Title 21 of the California Code of Regulations or the Building Standards published by the ICBO (formerly Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations) the Contractor shall not otherwise be responsible for the Building Contractor’s schedules or failure to carry out the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall not have control over or charge of acts or omissions of the Building Contractor, the Building Subcontractors, or their agents or employees, or of any other persons performing portions of the Work. Contractor shall participate in all dispute resolution meetings involving Project construction contract administration.

  • Creative Work The Executive agrees that all creative work and work product, including but not limited to all technology, business management tools, processes, software, patents, trademarks, and copyrights developed by the Executive during the term of this Agreement, regardless of when or where such work or work product was produced, constitutes work made for hire, all rights of which are owned by the Employer. The Executive hereby assigns to the Employer all rights, title, and interest, whether by way of copyrights, trade secret, trademark, patent, or otherwise, in all such work or work product, regardless of whether the same is subject to protection by patent, trademark, or copyright laws.

The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from PEI and the Grantee.
