Construction Surveys Sample Clauses
The Construction Surveys clause establishes the requirements and responsibilities for conducting surveys during a construction project. Typically, it outlines who is responsible for providing accurate site measurements, setting out reference points, and verifying the location of structures or utilities before and during construction. For example, the contractor may be required to perform initial site surveys and maintain updated records to ensure that all work is executed in the correct locations. This clause is essential for preventing costly errors, disputes, or delays by ensuring that all construction activities are based on precise and reliable site data.
