Construction Water. City shall make construction water available to the Project by permitting the Project to hook up to existing City water supply infrastructure, at a location reasonably determined by the City, at Developer’s cost and on those terms and conditions and charges customarily applied by City to similar projects consistent with City standards. City shall also permit Developer to install such temporary construction water pipelines and related infrastructure as reasonably necessary to provide construction water to the Project site for Developer’s use in any and all Project grading and construction operations, as long as such water is unrelated to potable use.
Construction Water. The Contractor is responsible for procuring his own source of construction water including any associated fees or expenses. There maybe City fire hydrants located within the limits of the project. If City water is authorized to be used for this project, the Contractor shall acquire a construction water meter from the City and pay all fees and costs, and abide by all water use restrictions associated with the use of such water.
Construction Water. City shall make construction water available to the Project by allowing the Project access to City’s existing water supply infrastructure, at a location reasonably determined by the City, at Developer’s cost and on those terms and conditions and charges customarily applied by City to similar projects consistent with City standards. Developer shall provide backflow prevention for all points of connection to the City’s potable water supply system and the volume of water consumed shall be tracked with the use of a City-issued hydrant meter. City shall also permit Developer to install such temporary construction water pipelines and related infrastructure as reasonably necessary to provide construction water to the Project site for Developer’s use in any and all Project grading and construction operations, as long as such water is unrelated to potable use.
Construction Water. If CM@R uses water from City’s water system for construction water, CM@R shall obtain a fire hydrant meter from the appropriate water service provider, and all construction water shall be obtained through the hydrant meter. CM@R will pay all fees related to the hydrant meter and all water bills for construction water. All cost for meters and construction water shall be included in the Contract Price.
Construction Water. If Contractor uses water from City’s water system for construction water, Contractor must obtain a fire hydrant meter from City of Xxxxxxxx Utility Services (480-782-2280) and all construction water must be obtained through the hydrant meter. Contractor must pay all fees related to the hydrant meter and all water bills for construction water. All cost for meters and construction water will be included in the Agreement Price.

Depending on the City’s current water use restrictions, if any, the City may or may not be able to supply a source of water to the Contractor. It is the Contractor's responsibility to know any such water use restrictions are in place prior to entering this agreement.
Construction Water. The Contractor will be responsible for the cost of all labor, equipment and material to convey the water from a Town of Xxxxxxxxx fire hydrant or other surface water source to the site of the work. All water must be metered utilizing a Town issued meter. No charge for the water used on the site will be assessed.
Construction Water. The contractor shall make his own arrangement for construction water & drinking water by drilling suitable bore xxxxx or any other arrangement at his cost.
Construction Water. The Contractor is responsible for securing a suitable source of water and all associated fees and expenses. The Contractor is responsible for abiding by the City’s current declared water supply condition. Current restrictions can be found at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Construction Water. Limited construction water will be available to the Contractor from the Londolovit xxxx. The Contractor shall provide all equipment necessary to load and haul the water to its Work site.
