CONTINGENT TIME ELEMENT. This Contract covers the actual loss sustained by the Insured, as insured by this Contract, during the Indemnity Period resulting from or caused by loss or damage by an Insured Event to property of the type insured by this Contract that directly or indirectly prevents a supplier (including suppliers of any tier) of goods and/or services to the Insured from rendering their goods and/or services, or property that prevents customers (including customers of any tier) of goods and/or services from the Insured from accepting the Insured’s goods and/or services.

  • Part-Time Nurse is a Nurse hired to a position to work on a regular or temporary basis that is less than the work period of a Full-Time Nurse.

  • Part-Time Faculty A faculty member whose appointment is for a specified period of time and does not meet the full load requirements for an Academic Year as defined herein. Such appointment carries with it no promise or expectation of continued employment. Such appointments are not applicable towards tenure.

  • Part-Time Work An employee who is pregnant or is entitled to parental leave may, by agreement with the employer, reduce the employee’s hours of employment to an agreed extent subject to the following conditions:

  • Part-time Nurses a. If a regular part-time nurse works on one of the holidays set forth in paragraph A above, he/she will be paid for all time worked on said holiday at two (2) times his/her regular straight-time hourly rate of pay.

  • Overtime and Premium Pay Section 1. Overtime at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times an employee's regular straight time hourly rate of pay shall be paid for all work over forty (40) hours in one (1) week.

  • Coverage E – Personal Liability If a claim is made or a suit is brought against an "insured" for damages because of "bodily injury" or "property damage" caused by an "occurrence" to which this coverage applies, we will:

  • Employee Liability In the event an employee becomes a defendant in a civil liability suit arising out of actions taken or not taken in the course of his/her employment for the state, he/she has the right to request representation and indemnification through his/her agency in accordance with RCW 4.92.060 and 070 and agency policy.

  • Same Sex Benefit Coverage An employee who co-habits with a person of the same sex, and who promotes such person as a "spouse" (partner), and who has done so for a period of not less than twelve (12) months, will be eligible to have the person covered as a spouse for purposes of Medical, Extended Health, and Dental benefits.

  • First-time homebuyer You may take payments from your IRA to use toward qualified acquisition costs of buying or building a principal residence.
