Continuation of Committee. The Knowledge and Skills Development Committee will continue to operate to promote and organize activities designed to enhance technical and work-related skills and knowledge of employees. The Committee is composed of two (2) union representatives plus the Associate Vice President, Human Resources or a designate as ex-officio member.
Continuation of Committee. The Committee shall continue to exist after the Confirmation Date until the Effective Date with the same power and authority, and the same ability to retain and compensate professionals, as it had prior to the Confirmation Date, and shall be dissolved on the Effective Date.
