Continued Rights. A teacher released from employment under this Article VIII shall have:
Continued Rights. Nothing contained in this article shall be construed to restrict or deny to any unit member rights he or she may have under any other law.
Continued Rights. Regardless of Termination of this Agreement, Company will be entitled to continue to license any Image if it is featured in a print Product, for a period of three years from the date of first inclusion in its print Product and for a period of one year from the date of first inclusion in any electronic, online or web based Product. Termination will not affect any licenses with respect to Images granted to any licensee, such licenses will continue in full force and effect according to its terms.
Continued Rights. A holder of shares of Warrant Stock issued upon the exercise of this Warrant (other than a holder who acquires such shares after the same have been publicly sold pursuant to an effective registration statement (as defined in the Investor Rights Agreement referred to in Section 9 below) under the Securities Act or sold pursuant to Rule 144 thereunder), shall continue to be entitled with respect to such shares to all rights to which it would have been entitled as the Holder under Sections 10 and 13 of this Warrant.
Continued Rights. 8.01 Upon termination of this AGREEMENT all rights granted to LICENSEE herein shall revert to EATON, but LICENSEE may continue to enjoy the trademark privileges set forth herein for a period of six (6) months after the date of termination or until the depletion of LICENSEE's stock of the PRODUCTS which bear the LICENSED TRADEMARKS, whichever shall occur first. However, the aforementioned six (6) months' continued use privilege shall not apply if EATON terminates this AGREEMENT pursuant to Sections 10.02 or 10.03 hereof and in such case the use shall cease immediately as of the date of termination.

Regardless of the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, pursuant to Section 8 below, WIN will be entitled to continue to license any Image for a period of one year from the date of first inclusion in any electronic, online or web based product or service. Termination will not affect any licenses with respect to Images granted to any licensee or end-user, such licenses will continue in full force and effect according to the terms of each such license. After the period of Continued Rights, WIN shall delete all digital files representing the Accepted Images. Notwithstanding, WIN may retain digital files of Accepted Images as part of its back-up media.
Continued Rights. Upon termination or expiration of the Base Term of this Agreement, the rights and licenses herein granted shall terminate, except for the right to continue to distribute Products that have been completed, sold or licensed, and installed by at least one End-User prior to such effective date. Upon termination or upon expiration of the Base Term, Developer may retain the Development Process and Development Documentation and shall have the continuing right of use solely for the purposes of supporting such surviving Production Process, Production Documentation and Products.
Continued Rights. The resignation or replacement of Agent shall not impair its rights to payments and indemnification under this Agreement.

However, PressFoto reserves the right to keep Images that previously were already licensed and then removed upon Contributor's request for third party may again download licensed images.
Continued Rights. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to restrict or deny to unit members rights they may have under any other law, including constitutional protections of freedom of expression, or to permit administrative transfers for no reason other than the exercise of constitutionally protected rights. Unit members shall exercise such rights in a professional manner within the context of an elementary and middle school educational setting.
