Continuing Students. You agree that it is a condition of your continued enrolment at the University that:
Continuing Students. Students admitted prior to 2012 will be subject to the maximum fee levels for entrants prior to 2012.

Continuing Students. Continuing students who started their course prior to 2012 will follow the bursary scheme originally offered.
Continuing Students. XXX shall not exceed a 5-year term and expires after completing elementary (6th) and middle (8th) school, whichever comes first. If approved, each student attending is expected to comply with the XXX Agreement (see reverse side) and will be reviewed annually for compliance. Students who comply with the XXX agreement may receive an automatic renewal not to exceed five years. Non-compliance will result in the XXX being non-renewed. The XXX application process must be repeated every five years regardless of your status. I/We have applied for permission to attend a school in the Xxxxxx USD under the procedures set forth in Education Code 46600-46610. If the district approves such a request, it will be approved under the following conditions. Academics: Maintain satisfactory grades/credits at all times, during each grading period, remain on track to graduate on schedule. Deficiency in credits would be a reason to discontinue an XXX. Attendance: Maintain a consistent pattern of attendance and punctuality as required by school district policy and individual school requirements, including those set forth in the student handbooks. Truancy or excessive absences or tardies would be a reason to discontinue an XXX. Behavior: Follow all school district and individual school rules and class guidelines, including any set forth in student handbooks. Suspensions or an Expulsion would be a reason to discontinue an XXX. Transportation: The parent/student will be responsible for providing her/his own transportation to and from school and must arrive at and depart from school according to the time schedules outlined by the school in their student handbook. School of Attendance: The district reserves the right to transfer XXX students between schools if space is not available at a given site. Continuing Students. Continuing students, who started their courses prior to 2016-17, will follow the bursary and scholarship scheme originally offered.
Continuing Students. Students who began their studies under previous Access Agreements with OFFA will continue to receive the bursaries as set out in those Agreements. For students who commenced in 2010/11, the terms are: Students with a household income of £31,000 p.a. or less on entry will receive a bursary of £750 per year of study.3 Students who come to the University from a care background will be given an additional bursary of £1,000 per year of study. For students who commenced in 2011/12, the terms are: Students with a household income of £31,000 p.a. or less on entry will receive a bursary of £500 per year of study. Students who come to the University from a care background will be given an additional bursary of £1,075 per year of study. These bursaries will be payable to all full-time home and EU students who are liable for tuition fees at the full rate of £3,375 and who meet the above criteria. All bursaries will be paid in cash and these bursaries will rise in line with inflation throughout the period of study. The household income used to determine bursary allocations will be taken directly from the income provided for the assessment of student support funding provided through the HEBSS system. Students who commenced in 2012 and received the Tees Extra Award, will continue to receive an annual fee waiver of £1,500, subject to satisfactory progression.
Continuing Students. Students who wish to cancel their housing, and do not meet the criteria in Section XXIV(b) above, will be charged a fee equal to one half semester’s cost of the student’s room.
Continuing Students. To secure a room assignment for the 2017-2018 academic year, students must pay an advance, non-refundable room deposit of $400 by Friday, March 24, 2017 to the Office of Enrollment Services and be in good financial standing with the university. The room deposit will be applied towards Fall semester housing charges.
Continuing Students. Those who started in 2012 or 2013 will be eligible for a package of support equal to that set out in Table 7.
