Common use of Continuity of Service and Other Conditions of Employment Clause in Contracts

Continuity of Service and Other Conditions of Employment. (a) Incremental progression will continue during periods of paid parental leave and where the employee has either been at work or on paid leave for at least six (6) months of the previous 12 month period. (b) An employee may elect to cover any of the period of unpaid parental leave by taking accrued annual leave and/or long service leave.
