Payment on Death of Employee. Upon the death of the State employee, the person or persons specified in Section 14a of "an Act in relation to State Finance," approved June 10, 1919, as amended, shall be entitled to receive from the appropriation for personal services theretofore available for payment of the employee's compensation such sum for any accrued vacation period to which the employee was entitled at the time of death. Such shall be computed by multiplying the employee's daily rate by the number of days accrued vacation due.
Payment on Death of Employee. In the event of the death of an employee, the monetary value of all long service leave for which the employee was eligible at the time of death will be paid to their legal personal representative, unless paid by the University to the employee’s widow or widower or to the guardian of the infant children of the employee.

The Company shall pay Employee’s beneficiary or a beneficiary designated by the Employee in writing to the Company, or in the absence of such beneficiary, the Employee’s estate, (i) Employee’s Salary through the end of the month in which his death occurs; and (ii) any accrued but unused vacation time; and (iii) If within the initial two year term those severance benefits pursuant to resignation qualified and established for Good Reason.

Payment on Death of Employee. 29.1 Where an employee dies, or the Secretary has directed that an employee will be presumed to have died on a particular date, the Secretary may authorise the payment of the amount to which the former employee would have been entitled had the employee ceased employment through resignation or retirement.
29.2 Payments authorised under this clause include, but are not limited to, unpaid salary entitlements, accrued Annual Leave and LSL entitlements in accordance with the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1976.
29.3 Payment may be made only to the former employee's legal personal representative.

If a payment has not been made within a year of the former employee’s death, it should be paid to the former employee’s legal representative.

Payment on Death of Employee. This Agreement shall terminate upon the death of Employee, and any compensation due under this Agreement, including accrued but unused vacation time, will be paid pursuant to this section. The Company shall pay Employee’s beneficiary or a beneficiary designated by the Employee in writing to the Company, or in the absence of such beneficiary, the Employee’s estate, (i) Employee’s Salary through the end of the month in which his death occurs; and (ii) any accrued but unused vacation time; and (iii) the company holds a two million dollar life insurance policy in which one million dollars of the benefit will be entitled to be paid to Xxxxxx Xxxxxx or Xxxxx Xxxxxx trust if established. In addition the employee will be entitled to the annual bonus plan regardless of the total sales volumes as defined in section 4.5. All eligible stock options must be issued and all current stock holdings become immediately free trading. The company will be responsible to issue a legal opinion letter to remove any certificate restrictive legend.
