CONTRACT OBLIGATION. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Commissioners Court must award the contract and the County Judge must sign the contract before it becomes binding on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County or the Offeror. Elected officials, department heads, other County employees or representatives are NOT authorized to sign agreements for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, unless prior authorization is approved by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Commissioners Court, or respective governing body. Binding agreements shall remain in effect until all products and/or services covered by this procurement packet have been satisfactorily delivered and accepted.
CONTRACT OBLIGATION. The District shall pay an amount not to exceed $25,000 (twenty-five thousand dollars) for the performance of all things reasonably necessary for, or incidental to, the performance of work as set forth in the “Responsibilities of NWESD”.

This amount includes all related costs, including but not limited to, lodging, travel, meals, materials, shipping.

CONTRACT OBLIGATION. This Contract covers the Commonwealth’s requirements for each manufacturer’s equipment covered under this agreement. The amount of equipment acquired by the Commonwealth from any contractor is determined by the Commonwealth’s requirements as defined by: Individual Agency’s functional needs and space limitations. CONTRACT OBLIGATION. For the performance of tne worl< as set torth in the "Responsibilities of NWESD"; the District shall pay a fee of $340/month for the equivalent of 0 days/month on-site network specialist support and 4 hr/month remote network support services. Additional consultant time which is deemed over-and-above that which is provided for the basic fee will be at the rate of ninety dollars ($90) per on-site contact hour and eighty-five dollars ($85} per remote contact hour. In addition, NWESD shall receive reimbursement estimated not to exceed a daily amount of $143 for travel and other expenses as identified below or authorized in advance by the District as reimbursable. NWESD shall receive reimbursement for travel expenses at current NWESD travel reimbursement rates. NWESD will provide a detailed breakdown of authorized expenses, identifying what was expended and when. Anticipated expenses include:
CONTRACT OBLIGATION. For the performance of the work as set forth in the “Responsibilities of NWESD”, the District shall pay an annual fee of $1.66 (one dollar and sixty-six cents) per 532 Full-time Equivalent (FTE) student; calculation based upon the prior year average student FTE, for a total of $1,000 (one thousand dollars). This amount includes all related costs, including but not limited to lodging, travel, meals, materials, and shipping.
CONTRACT OBLIGATION. The NWESD shall provide:
1. Program Support Specialist to meet with Business during student hours to review progress of student;
2. Reimburse the Business for the amount of wages NTE $6,739.92 (based on the Washington State prevailing wage or local minimum wage, whichever is greater, plus a flat fee of 15% for payroll taxes and related personnel costs for each student who participates in WBLE); and,
3. Conduct an exit interview which will include surveying the Business upon completion of student hours.
