CONTRACT PERFORMANCE REVIEWS. The supplier agrees to attend periodic Contract performance reviews, facilitated by the City's Contract Manager. Reviews may be held a minimum ofonce per calendar quarter, focusing on the supplier's and the City's meeting product and service quality levels stated in the Contract, adherence to the Contract terms and conditions, and providing a forum to informally discuss opportunities for improving products, services, Contract terms and conditions, and other related issues in an effort to create economies and cost reductions for the supplier and the City. The City of Los Angeles shall be paid damages for such delay. Inasmuch as the amount of damage is extremely difficult to ascertain, the supplier agrees to compensate the City in the amount of $100.00 per calendar day beyond the delivery date specified. This amount shall be fixed as liquidated damages that the City will suffer by reason of such delay, and not as a penalty.   • Annual Performance Review The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.

  • Performance Reviews The Employee will be provided with a written performance appraisal at least once per year and said appraisal will be reviewed at which time all aspects of the assessment can be fully discussed.

  • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.

  • SCHEDULE FOR PERFORMANCE REVIEWS 8.1 The performance of each Employee in relation to his/her performance agreement shall be reviewed on the following dates with the understanding that reviews in the first and third quarter may be verbal if performance is satisfactory:

  • Reviewing Contract Performance 1.1 The Contractor shall work with the Authority to establish and maintain an effective and beneficial working relationship to ensure the Contract is delivered to at least the minimum required standard as specified in the Schedule (The Services).

  • Employee Performance Review When a formal review of an employee’s performance is made, the employee concerned shall be given an opportunity to discuss, sign and make written comments on the review form in question and the employee is to receive a signed copy to indicate that its contents have been read. An employee shall be entitled to a minimum of two (2) work days to review the performance review prior to providing any response to the Employer, verbally or in writing, with respect to the evaluation.

  • Contract Performance C19.1 The Contractor shall ensure that:

  • Acceptance/Performance Test 4.7.1 Prior to synchronization of the Power Project, the SPD shall be required to get the Project certified for the requisite acceptance/performance test as may be laid down by Central Electricity Authority or an agency identified by the central government to carry out testing and certification for the solar power projects.

  • Monitoring of Contract Performance The Contractor shall comply with the monitoring arrangements set out in the Monitoring Schedule including, but not limited to, providing such data and information as the Contractor may be required to produce under the Contract.

  • CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE AUDIT The Contractor shall allow the Authorized User to assess Contractor’s performance by providing any materials requested in the Authorized User Agreement (e.g., page load times, response times, uptime, and fail over time). The Authorized User may perform this Contractor performance audit with a third party at its discretion, at the Authorized User’s expense. The Contractor shall perform an independent audit of its Data Centers, at least annually, at Contractor expense. The Contractor will provide a data owner facing audit report upon request by the Authorized User. The Contractor shall identify any confidential, trade secret, or proprietary information in accordance with Appendix B, Section 9(a), Confidential/Trade Secret Materials.
