CONTRACT REPORTS. The Department requires the Contractor to provide Performance Measures by which the Program may be monitored and the provision of Services by the Contractor may be verified by the Department. The Department requires the Contractor to provide the PMO with Performance Measures to monitor the status of the Program and verify the Contractor’s provision of the Services and Solution under the Contract.

CONTRACT REPORTS. Within forty-five (45) days after each calendar quarter, Borrower shall provide to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders: (a) a certified Rent Roll, a Data Tape (in the form of Exhibit K in excel format or such other format reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent) and a schedule of security deposits held under Contracts, each in form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, (b) a schedule of any Contracts that expired during such calendar quarter, (c) a schedule of Contracts scheduled to expire within the next twelve (12) months.
CONTRACT REPORTS. 6.0 TERM OF CONTRACT
CONTRACT REPORTS. The Department and Insured may require reports at different intervals during the contract term. The type, content and frequency of the reports will be determined by the Parties. During the course of the contract, additional ad hoc reports may be requested by the Department and the Insured. The Contractor agrees to provide reports requested to the fullest extent possible.
CONTRACT REPORTS. The Contractor shall submit such Contract reports as are currently being provided in accordance with the Prior Agreement. The Department may request additional reports as needed and as Contractor is able to provide to address performance and auditing issues. Such additional reports will be provided if they are available within the scope of the current product being provided.
