Common use of CONTRACTING OUT Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTING OUT. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the hospital may contract out work usually performed by members of the bargaining unit without such contracting-out constituting a breach of this provision if the hospital provides in its commercial arrangement contracting out the work that the contractor to whom the work is being contracted, and any subsequent such contractor, agrees:
