Contractor Classification. PSEG Long Island or its designee will process Participating Contractor’s application and classify Participating Contractor as either a Provisional Participating Contractor or as a Participating Contractor. Each designation is subject to the limitations or requirements set forth below. PSEG Long Island reserves the right to modify the definition, limitations or requirements of a designation at any time. PSEG Long Island further shall have sole discretion for determining Participating Contractor’s progression into and through a status designation and PSEG Long Island’s determination will be final.
