CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY DIMENSIONS. D.4.1. The Contractor shall verify all dimensions and details shown on the drawings or other data received from NYCDOT and it shall notify NYCDOT in writing of all errors, omissions, conflicts, and discrepancies found therein. Notice of such errors shall be given to NYCDOT before the Contractor proceeds with the Work.
